By creating an account or using EPSO Genius, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

EPSO Genius provides AI-generated practice tests for EPSO exam preparation. The service is provided for educational purposes only and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO) or any EU institution.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

The Pro plan is available as a monthly subscription at €14.99/month or a one-time lifetime payment of €69. Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable and include all future updates.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not share your account, attempt to scrape or extract question content, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. AI-generated content is for personal study only and may not be reproduced or distributed.

5. Minimum Age

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account on EPSO Genius. If you are under 16, you may only use the service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, in accordance with GDPR Article 8.

6. Disclaimer

EPSO Genius makes no guarantee of exam success. Practice test performance may not reflect actual EPSO exam results. All AI-generated questions are for preparation purposes and have no official standing.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. EPSO Genius is operated by FACT21 SRL (BCE 0783.640.828), registered in Belgium. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
