  • Analytics — to understand how visitors use the site and improve it. Cookie-based analytics only with your consent; cookie-free audience measurement always.
  • Payments — Stripe uses cookies to securely process payments.

Types of cookies we use

Essential cookies

Required for the site to function. Cannot be disabled. Includes session cookies for authentication (Supabase).

Functional cookies

Remember your preferences (e.g., selected test type or mode). Stored locally in your browser.

Analytics

Cookie-free audience measurement (always active): Vercel Web Analytics and PostHog (EU-hosted) in cookieless mode count page views, feature usage and test completion without storing anything on your device. Visitors are counted through an anonymous identifier computed on the server and regenerated every day; IP addresses are not stored. Analytics cookies (consent required): if you accept cookies, PostHog also stores an identifier on your device so we can understand usage across visits.

Third-party cookies

Stripe may set cookies during payment processing. These are governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

Your consent

When you first visit EPSO Genius, a cookie banner asks for your consent before any non-essential cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser cookies — the banner will reappear on your next visit. Essential cookies do not require consent as they are strictly necessary for the service to function.

Managing cookies

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging in or using the platform. Most browsers allow you to:

  • View what cookies are stored
  • Delete cookies individually or all at once
  • Block cookies from specific or all websites
