What are copyright & licences questions?

These questions cover intellectual property rights in the digital context: copyright law basics, Creative Commons licence types (CC BY, CC BY-SA, CC BY-NC, etc.), open-source software licences (GPL, MIT, Apache), and how they apply to EU institutional work.

Basic programming concepts are also included: what is an algorithm, flowcharts, conditional logic, and computational thinking. You don't need to write code, but you should understand what programmes do and how logical structures work.
